Free shipping across India
Every Nuziva order ships free to any serviceable pincode in India. There is no minimum order value.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of being placed.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will get a tracking link by SMS and/or email. You can also follow your shipment on our Track Your Order page.
Delivery attempts
Our courier partners usually make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please make sure your address, pincode and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can sometimes happen because of weather, festivals, strikes or courier issues outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out to us and we will check with the courier.
