Cash on Delivery
Prefer to pay when your order arrives? Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all serviceable pincodes across India.
How COD works
- Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout.
- We may call or message you to confirm your order before dispatch.
- Pay the courier when your parcel is delivered. Please keep the exact amount ready. Some courier partners also accept UPI at the doorstep.
COD charges
There are no extra charges for Cash on Delivery. You pay the same price as a prepaid order, with free shipping.
Please note
- COD may not be available for some pincodes. If it is not available, the option will not appear at checkout.
- Please only place a COD order if you intend to accept it. Each refused parcel costs us shipping both ways, and we may disable COD for repeated refusals.
- The courier cannot let you open the parcel before payment.
Returns and refunds on COD orders
COD orders follow the same Refund & Return Policy. Approved refunds for COD orders are paid by bank transfer or UPI. We will ask for your details when we confirm the return.
